Michael W. called us from a major architectural firm based in Atlanta, GA to inquire about a certain style of pendant lighting he wished to specify in his blueprints for a major bank chain that was building dozens of new locations in the next year. His vision entailed a very specific type of pendant lighting fixture, with alabaster style glass and a satin nickel finish for the metal. He had only been able to find one supplier for the type of light fixture he had in mind, but the cost was very high and he was concerned about how this would strain the budget of the entire lighting project. He felt sure a similar lighting fixture could be found that, while still having high quality materials and design, would be more reasonably priced and fit more easily into the pendant light project's budget.

Once we received it, we got to work immediately contacting all of the lighting manufacturers we had worked with in the past. A few came back with competitive quotes. Based on our past experience with these companies, however, we chose one that we felt confident would provide the highest quality lighting product that would be delivered in a timely manner. While this was not the cheapest of the quotes we received, this was nonetheless the one we recommended to Michael and we explained our reasoning. It was still significantly cheaper than the only option he had to work with just a day before.

Michael thanked us for our professionalism and a few months later contacted us to place the order for approximately 300 alabaster pendants, which were shipped to the appropriate sites as they were needed through the course of the next six months. Michael was extremely pleased with the results and contacted us again for several other projects thereafter.
